Neurological assessment

The Amiel-Tison and Gosselin Neurological Assessment from Birth to 6 Years is one of the two main measures that are used to define the neurodevelopmental status in the context of our study on the predictive value of the aortic flow index (AFI) in a situation of intrauterine growth restriction due to placental insufficiency. By combining the neurological assessment with a developmental evaluation, it is possible to achieve a better understanding of the child’s level of functioning at a young age when higher functions are not fully expressed.
